How do I book a home sample collection?
You can book a home collection by calling us at +91 9454786340, filling out the appointment form on our website, or sending us a WhatsApp message. Our phlebotomist will visit your home at the selected time slot.
How long does it take to receive test reports?
Most routine tests are ready within 24 hours. Specialized tests may take 48–72 hours. Urgent reports for critical parameters are available within a few hours. We'll notify you as soon as reports are ready.
Are your diagnostic tests NABL accredited?
Yes, Citi PathLabs follows strict quality control standards. Our processes and equipment are regularly audited to ensure accurate, reliable, and internationally comparable diagnostic results.
Do you accept doctor prescription for tests?
Yes, we accept prescriptions from all registered medical practitioners. You can also get tests done without a prescription for preventive health checkups. Our experts can help guide you on the right tests.
What are your payment options?
We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, and net banking. For home collections, payment can also be made digitally to the phlebotomist at the time of sample collection.
Can I download my reports online?
Yes! Reports are available for download from our admin portal. We also send a PDF copy directly to your email address once the report is ready. You can contact us if you need a physical copy.
