Refund and Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Citi Path Labs. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds for pathology services booked through our website, which is used by both individual patients and B2B clients. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
For Individual Patients
- Cancellation Before Sample Collection: Full refund if canceled before sample collection.
- Cancellation After Sample Collection:
- 50% refund if canceled before processing.
- No refund once the test is processed.
- Home Collection Cancellations:
- Full refund if canceled before phlebotomist's arrival.
- No refund once the sample is collected.
For B2B Clients (Hospitals, Clinics, and Corporate Clients)
- Cancel bulk test requests at least 24 hours before scheduled sample collection for a refund.
- No cancellations once samples are collected and testing has begun.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Only for cancellations as per the terms mentioned above.
- Full refund for technical issues or test unavailability.
- Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
Refund Process:
- Refunds processed within 7-10 working days after approval.
- Amount credited via the original mode of payment:
- UPI / Online Payments: Refunded to the same account.
- Bank Transfers / Cheques: Refunded to the registered name of the patient or B2B client.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Processed to the same card within the bank’s timeline.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refund for completed tests.
- No refund for incorrect details provided during booking.
- Home collection charges are non-refundable after sample collection.
- No refund for no-shows without prior cancellation.
